Booking Forms - 2011

NOTE: The 2012 booking forms will be ready around May 10th.
In the meantime you can still use last year's booking forms if desired.
If you do use the 2011 form, the trip dates will be out of sync by 2-days and any auto-calculated prices will be incorrect. If you enter a date mnaually you may get an error- if this happens, change it to a 2011 date and it should accept it. When you email us the booking form (as an email attachment) you can include any notes in the text of your email.

The Booking Process
» Once you make a telephone reservation, we will be waiting for you to send us your payment(s) and booking form. You will not get any confirmation from us until we have both your payment and your booking form.
» We use two different terms - a "Reservation" and a "Booking". Your Reservation does not become a Booking until we have received your payment and your booking form, and we have confirmed your snow holiday with Ski Kaos.
Downloading Tips
» Instead of opening the form we suggest you save a copy direct to your computer and re-save it as you fill it in to avoid losing all the data before you have finished. To save a copy, right click on the link above and select the "Save as.." option. Saving to your PC's desktop is usually the most convenient.
