The full-version brochure contains detailed information on the tours as well as details on how to book and booking forms.
Ultimately this keeps prices down for you. Most of our customers prefer a good quality trip rather than a glossy brochure & 'dizzy' reception staff explaining vague details over the phone.
To streamline things we ensure our full-brochure is totally comprehensive - we rarely get a query for information not detailed in the brochure. Most calls are brochure requests and bookings.
We don't want to lose your business so we would prefer it if you call & ask questions rather than book elsewhere, however we request where possible that you read the full-version brochure first.
We have space for a LOT of people. Generally a rush occurs for a trip around 3-5 weeks prior to departure, or 3-4 weeks prior for a weekend. Often we even take bookings on departure day.
Note that some trips fill early due to a large booking eating up many of the spaces. On the other hand, sometimes we have drop-outs creating spaces. More importantly, as a trip fills up the choices available go down: for example we run out of Jindabyne beds or Thredbo beds, or we may only have double beds left etc.
In any case you're advised to book as soon as you feel you can commit. Please NEVER ASSUME a trip is full and don't pay attention to overhearing others saying so - they are probably just making an assumption themselves.
