Here are 4 ways to get payment to us in time.

- This allows instant payment into our account from almost any other Australian Bank or Financial Institution.
- If not already, you will first need to set up a Pay ID via your own bank's internet banking. This should only take a few minutes for most people.

IMPORTANT: Please ensure you complete the notification form after making the payment or we will not know to look or may not be able to identify your payment.
- Walk into any NAB branch and deposit into our account over the counter (cash only for last minute bookings).
- Insist that the bank teller enter a "Narrative" with your name and snow trip date - abbreviate if necessary. If the teller refuses, ask to see the manager and complain that the teller is refusing to do their job properly. If they still won't do a narrative it's okay, but let us know about it and ensure we know the exact amount and date you made the deposit.

- An BSB & Account Number internet banking transfer can take anywhere from 1 - 3 working days to appear in our account.
- If you are doing a "last minute payment" this way, we need more urgent proof that the money has been sent to our account. We need a copy of your bank's confirmation that the transfer has taken place (eg: a screen shot. How to make a screen shot). Or "Print" the confirmation page as a PDF and attach it to an email. Please note:

- This confirmation must show Ski Kaos' BSB and account number; only this way we can be sure you did not accidentally type in the wrong account number (if you did the payment would bounce back to your account). Make sure none of these details are hashed out with ### etc.
- If you have made your transfer and logged out without making a copy of the confirmation, don't worry. Your bank's website will let you log back in and recall the transaction record so you can still get the screen shot or confirmation.
- BANK DIRECT-EMAILS: Please do NOT choose to send Ski Kaos payment notification directly via your bank's website. The emails they send are pointless - they ## out part of our own account number so it consequently does not show us you haven't made a mistake. Likewise there is no point quoting us any receipt number from your internet transfer - such numbers are purely for your own bank's internal reference; nothing to do with Ski Kaos or even our bank.
- When we receive the copy of your bank's confirmation (or screen shot. How to make a screen shot), we can process your booking promptly based on it.
