SELF-DRIVING? Ski Kaos offers you a choice between private self-drive accommodation, and inclusive bus trip packages. We specialise in Thredbo Accommodaiton, but also offer options for Accommodation in Jindabyne and Perisher. However even if you book private accommodation, you can usually book return bus travel (if desired). Please click here to see why bus travel can be far better than driving.
APARTMENT BOOKINGS: Ski Kaos offers you great deals on accommodation Thredbo & the rest of the Snowy Mountinas (apartments, lodges, hotels). Most people book self-catered apartments. Some Thredbo apartments we exclusively manage so no one else will offer them to you. Others we block-book for much of the season, so you may see them advertised elsewhere but often only Ski Kaos has them availabile.

As a general rule, there are some great deals if you want to go for 5 nights arriving June 27, July 18, July 25, Aug 29 and Spet 5.
Don't expect cheap accommodation during NSW July school holidays, but we still offer you discounts on ski hire & lift/lesson passes as we do all through the snow-season.
If you are interested in our bus trip packages, our 3-day trips are especially popular:-
* We leave Sydney late on Thursday night, stop in Cooma for rentals and brekkie before arriving in Thredbo at 8:45am on Friday. You get 3 full-days on the slopes with 2 nights accommodation (Fri+Sat nights). We get back to Sydney around midnight Sunday.
* If you can get Friday off its a great way to get 3 days on the slopes and far-far better than a crammed-in 2-day weekend trip.
* Another point is that it is only practical to do this ex-Sydney on a bus; an overnight car-drive would wear you down too much (even if a carload of you shared the driving, you would all get exhausted).
Non-Snow Season Holiday Apartments in Thredbo
We don't just work in winter! Ski Kaos also offers a choice of great-value acommodation outside of the snow-season.
Thredbo is not only a winter sports paradise, but its also a great place to holiday in the Summer and other non-Snow season months.
Thredbo boasts a beautiful alpine setting with lots to do. The mountain biking is excellent, there are lots of walks both at the village level as well as those accessed from the top of the Crackenback Chairlift (Kosciuszko Express). You can walk to the main range - even the top of Kosciuszko. Thredbo also has a golf course, tennis, a steel bobsled track, an indoor leisure centre with pool & waterslide, lots of great restaurants, bars and shops. The lovely Thredbo river also snakes its way through the village.
Thredbo also has several festivals and peak times outside of snow season: The Xmas & New Year period are very popular; there's the blues festival in January, The Country Music festival in March, Easter (of course), and the Jazz festival in May.
