Make A Screen Shot

  1. With your banking window selected hit Alt+PrintScreen
  2. Open either a new Word document, or an image editing program
  3. Hit Paste (Ctrl+V)
  4. If required resize it by dragging the borders or corners
  5. Save the file (eg: onto your desktop), choose any file name you wish
  6. Attach it to an email

Create a PDF

  1. With your banking window selected hit Print (Crtl+P)
  2. Select your Acrobat or other PDF printer
  3. Print to a file
  4. Save the file (eg: onto your desktop), choose any file name you wish
  5. Attach it to an email

Make A Screen Shot

  1. With your banking window open, hit Shift+ Command+3
  2. You will hear a camera shutter sound, and your screen shot will be auto-saved to your Desktop with filename picture-1.png (or higher, if you have taken more than one screenshot)
  3. Rename your screenshot if this will help you identify it in the future
  4. Attach it to an email

Create a PDF

  1. With your banking window open hit print (Command+P)
  2. Click the PDF dropdown in the print dialog window
  3. Select Save as PDF...
  4. Save the file (eg: onto your desktop), choose any file name you wish
  5. Attach it to an email
