Alterations to a Bus Trip Booking

Note: These are the 2021 alteration conditions; they might change for 2022. Please check back here in mid-May.

  • Need to alter your bus trip booking?
    Here are some points to note before contacting us:
  • Trip Date
  • Once you book your trip date you cannot change to another trip without our approval. Contact us to ask.
  • Your Equipment & Clothing Hire
  • You can still change your mind on tour but we like to keep these transactions to a minimum as it slows everyone on the bus down - we don't want to be late. Altering rentals in advance will guarantee the store will have adequate stock reserved for you. Please notify us if you wish to alter your rentals. Ask us what to do regarding any extra cost or refund due.
